New Connections
The Energy and Water Industries have undergone massive changes in structure, ownership and working practices over the last decade or so, unfortunately resulting in much more complicated and less efficient communication channels.
The lack of appetite for speculative risk by the Energy companies, has also led in many instances to increased Capital Contributions for New Supplies.
Energy Cost Management Ltd. are specialists in facilitating the whole process of New Connections, and bringing together all parties ? including Distribution Companies, Energy Suppliers, Metering Operating Companies and Water Companies - to provide an adequate and timely solution to your needs.
ECM was established in 1997, is highly regarded by its clients, and operates across all Market Sectors. ECM Management and Senior Staff, have over 100 years Utilities experience to call on.
A key feature of our service is the ability of ECM to work with you after connection, to ensure that the Supply Contracts operate correctly, that the bills you receive are accurate, and importantly, that any Refundable Contributions are recovered.
ECM offers an independent service to manage this activity:
- Initial meeting to establish requirements
- Agree Supply Capacity, Voltage or Pressure
- Preferred metering arrangements
- Most suitable tariff
- Preferred suppliers (if any)
- Required Connection date
ECM have developed a bespoke software system to facilitate this process.
